Skilled Nursing is provided by our Registered Nurse (RN) and Licensed Nurse Practitioners (LPN) with training and experience in providing care to our patients at home. The nurses frequently communicate with your physician on your plan of care. Skilled nursing services may include evaluation of patient needs, self-care techniques, diabetes management, medication management, and wound care.
Our Home Health Aides (HHA) provide service under the supervision of our RNs. Our aides have experience and training in providing care in the home. An aide will be assigned to a patient when there is a specific need for personal care in the home and their duties are planned by the nurses and the patient. Duties may include bathing, changing bed linens, shampooing, and assisting with daily living activities.
The owners and administrators work and live locally. We have a vested interest in the well being of the community and in assisting in the care of our neighbors.
